Movie Synopsis

Shaurya is a 2008 Bollywood movie directed by Samar Khan, starring Rahul Bose, Kay Kay Menon, Javed Jaffrey and Minissha Lamba. This film is based on the play, A Few Good Men by Aaron Sorkin, although this isn't acknowledged in the movie. Music in the film is by pop singer, Adnan Sami. Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, who is better known for his acting, is the narrator in this movie. The movie revolves around the court-martial of a Muslim officer, Javed Khan, in the Indian army for shooting his commanding officer and is set against the backdrop of the Kashmir Conflict in Northern India. Rahul Bose is assigned to be Javed Khan's defence lawyer, and the story revolves around his investigations in the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
